Q: Why Ashworth Properties?
A: We offer the best selection and service. Our business thrives because of our commitment to you; we guarantee it. Our furnished homes are typically many times the size of a standard hotel room. So whether you want to prepare your own meals or just relax in the den or living room, our properties provide privacy, comfort, and convenience.


Q: What is the average cost?
A: We provide a cost effective alternative to luxury hotel accommodation for temporary assignments, training programs, extended stays or relocations. We offer a wide range of furnished suites, from one, two and three bedrooms in a number of locations. Just let us know what you need! Please submit the Reserve Now information sheet or contact us by phone or email. We will provide specific pricing details. 


Q: What is the minimum stay period?
A: Ashworth Properties offers furnished suites with a minimum booking of 30 days.  


Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Making a reservation is easy! Within the GTA, call (905)781-1182 or if you are calling long distance, please use our toll free number 1-800-719-6911. You may also email, or submit a Reserve Now form.


Q: How will I be billed?
A: Payment may be made by certified cheque, Visa, MasterCard, or wire transfer.  Corporate Accounts are billed once a month. Charges for extended services are detailed on each invoice.


Q: Do you require a damage deposit?
A: Yes. A 100% fully refundable damage deposit is required on all suites. The size of the required deposit depends upon the size of the suite size.


Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Many of our homes are pet friendly, some even with enclosed back gardens. In these locations, there is a one time pet fee to cover the cost of sanitizing,  deodorizing, and dander/hair removal.


Q: Do taxes apply?
A:There is no tax payable on stays over 30 days.


Q: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival or earlier are not subject any cancellation fees. Otherwise, the Ashworth Properties policy is outlined in detail in our Housing Agreement .
